Welcome to my blog! My name is Trista Lerit and I am a wedding photographer based in Orange County, California. Beautiful, Modern, and Edgy Wedding Photography is what I specialize in but every now and then, I love capturing little rascals a.k.a. kids!

This blog is where I'll post pictures from weddings, engagements, and little rascal sessions that I've shot recently. However, I won't limit my posts to photography related things only! This blog also doubles as my online diary where I'll discuss my love of food, share my favorite YouTube videos, post adorable pictures of my dogs (yes, I'm one of THOSE people), and talk about anything else I feel like!

Last week I headed out to the happiest place on Earth for Alyssa & Eric's engagement session..that's right..Disneyand!!  I hadn't been to Disney in ages and was sooo excited!  Alyssa & Eric got engaged there so it was of course the obvious choice for them to do the session there!  With some creative thinking, we were able to find some spots that weren't overly crowded..which was quite the task!  Everyone..and there mom was there to celebrate the holidays..how could they not?  Who wouldn't want to celebrate the happiest time of year at the most happiest place on Earth right?!

I had such a great time with Alyssa and Eric..they really make me feel like I'm the funniest person ever because they were always busting up laughing..what can I say..in another life I was a comedian :-)  ..or so I'd like to think!

LOL..I was determined to get a shot in front of the fall leaves..it took a lot of patience since people kept standing in MY spot..didn't they know I needed to get my shot..how dare they? :-)

I have been sooo excited to shoot Jeniffer & Jeremy's engagement session!  I've been so busy shooting weddings/family sessions that I can't remember when my last engagement session was?!  Engagement session season usually begins in January and ends right around April before wedding season and I gotta say..Jen & Jeremy's session was the PERFECT way to kick off the season..in STYLE no less!  As you can see, Jen & Jeremy have a great sense of style which of course makes my job super duper easy.  Literally, I just tell them to stand there, they look hot, and then I snap the picture...and that's how the entire session was :-)  You see..Jeremy was once a model so he had his posing down pat.  And even though this was Jeniffer's first time "modeling", you would have guessed she was a seasoned pro!!

I had lots of favorites but these are just a few...ENJOY!!

How cute are they?  Jen's dress was so fabulous..I love the color!
